I love this hike, I actually use this more as a bike trail, parking a truck at sycamore beach and driving back up with a friend to the trail head. you can start from two different places, the reanger station shown above or you can have a short hinke to the ranger station from the end of Wendy road. The first portion of the hike is a paved fire road and continues on dirt fire roads for the most part, fairly easy, some seasonal stream crossings and great views. - Jesse - rating:5 stars - 2008-05-11
