  • dsin  - true, no dogs here.
I'm a resident of the area, and it's true, they don't allow dogs at the scenic overlook, sadly, and they're serious about it.

However, they have close by a little dog park, not very nice, just dirt.

Nice site. Please upate this page to make it nicer!
    thx
  • cal  - it's correct, there are no dogs allowed
on the california state parks government website that i posted here http://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=22790 if you scroll down to "Please Remember" it clearly states "Dogs are not allowed" :)
  • MP  - um..no dogs allowed
I took my dog here cos this site said it's Dog Friendly. Well, the first sign I saw at the trail head and at the entrance said No Dogs Allowed. There were no specifications, just a plain ol sign stating that no dogs were allowed. So I assume they're prohibited at any point on the trail. Please take this trail off the dog friendly list.

According to the la mountains website, dogs are allowed on leash.

But I agree to always heed currently posted signs. I'll try to call during business hours and update the website accordingly.

Thank you for letting us know about this.
