The Neighborhood along with the city has selected the entire area as a permit parking zone which pushes everyone who shows up to hiker into the park lot. Which is fine for a $1 and if you want to avoid getting a $35-$40 ticket but there seems to be more people hiking and parking their cars than there are spaces. :( - Stacie - rating:4 stars - 2007-05-15
