A fun and easy hike that will lead you through creeks(water)and some rocky terrain. Well worth the trip just for the waterfall. Get out there and enjoy! - Roger Briceno - rating:4 stars - 2009-03-30

The waterfall is pretty and a nice place to chill. The hike is easy since there's no climb, but the terrain is rocky, so leave the stroller at home. During watermelty season, there's the extra fun of having to constantly criss cross over the creek, hopping on rocks and logs, unless you like walking through water. - Frank - rating:5 stars - 2007-08-27

Went up to Eaton Falls for a early evening hike- got there around 7 and got to the waterfall about 20 minutes before dusk. The water was lovely and there was only one other couple there so we enjoyed a nice quiet evening in the canyon. Our walk back was at a slower pace due to the dark and us not having a light. Very easy trail, hardly any climbing and the waterfall is worth the walk. - Vivi - rating:5 stars - 2007-08-04

I did hiked this trail on 3/24 and it was great. It's moderately difficult but very entertaining. No complaints on this trail; great scenery and an active wildlife. It's about an 45min to an hour each way and very entertaining! - Juan Arauz - Juan Arauz - rating:5 stars - 2007-03-26

This may be the perfect 2 hour hike when you are feeling a tad lazy. Hardly any gradient, but lots of places to go rock to rock atop a babbling brook. Then a pretty little waterfall at the end...my hiking partner and I went on a Sunday morning at 10am and there were already plenty of people around with kids and dogs swimming in the pool under the fall. Really hot in places, but plenty of shady spots for a rest if you need it. At a moderate clip, it took us 45 minutes each way, with a 1/2 hour hangout at the falls. I bet this trail would be awesome in the fall when it's a bit cooler. - Svoboda - rating:3 stars - 2006-08-28

The hike from the bridge to the waterfall is a challenge because you have to criss-cross across the river, skipping on rocks or balancing on fallen logs, but it's quite fun and the waterfall is a great treat! Highly recommend it! - Kelly - rating:5 stars - 2006-08-08

The trip to Eaton Canyon Falls makes for a rewarding outing, particularly if it's not too hot. The dramatic relief of the canyon walls and the splashy show of the falls provide a striking contrast to the urban jungle just a short ways away. And the Eaton Canyon Nature Area is a real treat too. - Dan Simpson - rating:3 stars - 2006-04-11
