Spent the day on the main trail. Beautiful day, sunny, 70 degrees, cool breeze. Had my dog with me. Started at the Del Cerro Park entrance. Walked downhill the majority of the way. When we started re-ascending back up the main trial we ran across a nice sized snake. Continue uphill for a bit more and decided to turn back around. Nice area, great views, friendly people, not too crowded.
