  • CindyC  - Fun family hike
This one I do with my 2-1/2 year old grandson, he loves it. It's a great way to introduce your little ones to the outdoors in a safe environment. I think El Dorado has done a good job in duplicating several natural habitats you typically find in S. California. Recently the creek restoration project was completed, now in the next year or two when the plants mature it should really be nice. A few pics of that on my page at http://www.caopenspace.org/eldoradonature.html I highly recommend this place for the family.

Very nice to do with the family. Lots of spiders and squirrels, doesnt take very long and you also get to enjoy the rest on the park till closing time.

Yeah, it doesn't take very long but I enjoy walking there. Lots of tree and flowers, also the lake. Good place for everybody. Biking is prohibited.

Not a hike but more of a nature walk. Had a fun time looking at the turtles and ducks through out the trail. Doesn't take very long and a great place for families. Enjoy the stroll. - Roger Briceno - rating:3 stars - 2009-03-30
